This magnificent modern chalet, built in 2020, is located in the hamlet of Grand Parcher, in Vallouise-Pelvoux, in a peaceful and green setting. With a capacity of 8 people, it combines contemporary design, comfort, and mountain charm.
On the ground floor, the fully equipped kitchen opens onto a welcoming dining room, bathed in light thanks to large bay windows giving access to the terrace. This is furnished with a table, benches and two deckchairs to fully enjoy meals or moments of relaxation outside, facing the garden and the surrounding nature. In the extension, a large living room with impressive ceiling height invites you to relax around a suspended fireplace, a true centerpiece of the place (be careful, it heats up strongly and requires special care with young children). On this level there is also a double bedroom (160x200 bed) with its adjoining shower room, as well as a separate toilet.
Upstairs, three welcoming bedrooms complete the sleeping areas: two double bedrooms with 160x200 beds, one of which has a balcony, and a bedroom with two single beds. A large bathroom with a bathtub and toilet serves the whole. The chalet also has a laundry room with a washing machine and an adjoining garage, practical for long stays or sporting activities. The whole is surrounded by a pretty garden which naturally extends the living spaces to the outside.
Ideally located, the chalet is just a 5-minute drive from the center of Vallouise, where you will find shops, restaurants and a local market, and 10 minutes from the Puy-Saint-Vincent 1400 resort. In winter, you have quick access to the Pelvoux-Vallouise and Puy-Saint-Vincent ski areas, as well as the cross-country ski trails and snowshoe trails that crisscross the valley.
In summer, the hamlet of Grand Parcher offers an ideal starting point for discovering the treasures of the Écrins National Park: hikes to Pré de Madame Carle, Glacier Blanc, Tête d'Oréac or Col de Pousterle, bike rides, climbing, horseback riding, paragliding or even downhill mountain biking. In just a few minutes, you can reach Ailefroide, a mecca for mountaineering and nature camping, and the most beautiful trails in the region.
This chalet is a true haven of peace for mountain lovers, perfect for a stay with family or friends, where modern comfort and alpine spirit meet in an exceptional natural setting. The chalet is equipped with fiber optics and Wi-Fi.
