This charming detached house is located opposite the owners' house, with no vis-à-vis. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a cozy living room (sofa, pull-out sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi) and a veranda. After 4 steps, you will have access to the 2 bedrooms, one equipped with a 160x200 bed and the other with 2 single beds.
A spiral staircase leads to the last attic bedroom, which has two 80x190cm beds.
The south-facing terrace will allow you to enjoy the beautiful days (2 garden furniture sets, barbecue, garden shed with outdoor games next to the veranda). You will benefit from a private enclosed park of 2500M2 on a total property of 5000m2. Parking on site. Charging for electric cars via a Wallbox (billing on site).
Private infinity pool (chlorine, dimensions 11X5, depth 0.90 to 2.50m, entry by ladder, unheated).
Baby equipment: travel cot and high chair. A charming flower-filled garden, carefully maintained by the owners, guarantees you the perfect vacation with family or friends!
Just 10 minutes from the town of Bergerac, whose old town is definitely worth a visit, and in the heart of the vineyards, you will be immersed in the spirit of the Southwest, renowned for its gastronomy and its art of living.
Take the time to stop and enjoy a good glass of local wine or visit the beautiful fortified towns in the area (Issigeac, Beaumont, Monpazier, etc.). You will be spoiled for choice in terms of visits, between gourmet pleasures (local markets, etc.), nature pleasures with the various hikes present in the town or canoe trips on the Dordogne, and cultural pleasures such as discovering the superb castles of Bridoire or Monbazillac.
