House 50m from the owners' house, in a wooded park next to the enclosure of 2 goats and 3 sheep. This wooden chalet, with a main room equipped with a small top refrigerator, a microwave that grills, an espresso coffee maker, a 2-burner gas hob, a toaster, a sink. A dining area composed of a table and 4 chairs, a corner sofa that can be converted into a 140x200 bed on request. A bathroom with walk-in shower, WC / dry toilet. Upstairs, a mezzanine with a 160x200 bed, a desk, reversible air conditioning. Parking space in the property. A "Greenup" electric vehicle charging point with a sub-meter at the rate of 0.25€/kwh as an option. Just 12 km from Sarlat, a medieval jewel of the Périgord, this gîte offers a privileged location in the heart of a semi-wooded landscape, a stone's throw from the Dordogne.
