In the heart of the village you will have a reserved space, you can park additional vehicles in the village squares below.
You will access the house after 18 steps and will also have access to a shaded terrace with garden furniture and plancha.
At the entrance to the cottage, you will enter directly into the living room with corner sofa, television and dining area, then on the same level you will have access to a modern, fully equipped independent kitchen and a separate toilet.
Upstairs (14 steps) you will find a bedroom with a 140cm bed and a 90cm bed, a bathroom with WC and a bedroom with a 160cm bed and its small terrace.
Outside, at terrace level, there is a small room with a washing machine.
Baby equipment available upon request: travel cot and high chair. This charming house is located on the hills of Groléjac, 400 m from the shops and less than 8 km from Sarlat and Gourdon. Groléjac is a very attractive village with its three main attractions: the port, the mill, and its lake.
You will have easy access to the major sites of the Périgord Noir. Discover the castles (Castelnaud, Les Milandes, Beynac...), the listed villages (La Roque-Gageac, Domme...), the gardens (Eyrignac, Marqueyssac...), the canoe trips and the Groléjac lake, which is a relaxing place where it is good to swim, fish, walk around the lake or in the marsh which has its own discovery trail.
You can also take advantage of your vacation to get closer to the Vézère Valley and its prehistoric (International Center for Parietal Art Lascaux IV in Montignac) and troglodyte sites.
