This beautiful, brand-new apartment of approximately 35 m² is located near Place du Cernix. It features a furnished, south-facing terrace, perfect for enjoying al fresco lunches. Designed to accommodate four people, ideally two adults and two children, the apartment is on the third floor and offers unobstructed views of the Aravis mountain range (the building has an elevator). The Canopée residence, comprised of two buildings, is about a 500-meter walk from local shops and the Cernix chairlift. Guests will also appreciate the free shuttle bus stop just 100 meters away, providing easy access to the slopes.
