In a charming coastal village, this exclusive new-build apartment is located, completed in 2025, situated in a protected building with an old façade from the late 19th century. The building consists of 6 apartments. During its construction, the original exterior was carefully preserved, while the entire interior has been completely redesigned with a modern and energy-efficient approach.

In addition to offering maximum comfort, this apartment enjoys a privileged location by the sea, just five minutes from spectacular beaches such as Marzán or Los Caballos.
