The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a luxury residence with elevator.
From the entrance, the distribution separates the two living spaces:
West side:
- A living room with sofa, armchair and dining area, opening onto a terrace equipped with a dining table and a small garden furniture set.
- A master bedroom with queen size bed (160x200cm), large wardrobe, smart TV and adjoining shower room with sink.
East side:
- A bedroom with sofa bed (140x200cm), smart TV and private shower room.
- A separate, fully equipped kitchen with a pleasant sea view.
A private, covered parking space is available at the foot of the residence.
ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY
From Nice Airport: approximately 30 minutes by car via the A8.
From Cannes train station: 10 minutes by car or 35 minutes on foot.

The apartment is located in the Palm Beach district, on the eastern tip of Cannes, renowned for its peaceful atmosphere and direct access to the sea.
- Mouré Rouge Beach: accessible in 2 minutes on foot, fine sandy beach ideal for a morning swim or a dinner by the sea
- Gazagnaire Beach: about a 6-minute walk, a long sandy promenade bordered by the sea

Beyond these times, arrivals are only via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must therefore be collected from this address for all arrivals in key boxes.
