HOUSING
A large living room welcomes you with its lounge area, its large smart TV and its direct access to a small terrace furnished with an outdoor table and chairs.
The kitchen, modern and very well equipped (Delonghi coffee maker, oven, large number of utensils, complete kitchen set), is semi-open to the living room (practical for entertaining).
The two bedrooms (both with TV, air conditioning, 160cm bed and large walk-in closet) open directly onto the living room.
(Please note, however, that one of the two bedrooms does not have a window, but a glass roof which allows it to benefit from the light from its neighbor).
The bathroom is spacious, all in marble and equipped with a large shower, with a laundry area (washing machine and dryer)
Important information: the living room and one of the bedrooms overlook the interior courtyard, and these two rooms are therefore overlooked (but shutters and net curtains are present in the apartment to preserve your privacy).

ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY
The apartment is on the floor without elevator.
There is no parking provided for this accommodation, contact us to reserve a subscription to the nearest parking: the Lamy parking lot a few meters from the apartment.
IN THE SURROUNDING AREA
In the immediate vicinity of the accommodation you will find: restaurants on Place Commandant Lamy and at the top of Rue d'Antibes, but also a small supermarket two streets further, a bakery, a hair salon, a beauty salon...
You can reach the heart of the city (Golden Square) in less than 5 minutes on foot, the Croisette in less than 8 minutes and the Palais des Festivals in around ten minutes.
A 20-minute walk will take you to the alleys (very lively in the evening, and to the Suquet district, the old town of Cannes not to be missed).

Parking is paid on the surrounding streets.

Departures are until 11 a.m. and arrivals from 4 p.m. (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, we will be happy to do so whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 7 p.m.
Late arrival until 10 p.m. on request and at an additional cost.
Beyond these times, arrivals are only via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must therefore be collected from this address for all key box arrivals.
