The Agence des Orres offers you this spacious 42 m² apartment, for 6 people, located in the heart of the shopping square of Les Orres 1800, in the "Les Erines" residence in Hauts de Préclaux, close to all amenities: bakery, supermarket, restaurants, souvenir shops, ski rental....
Located on the 1st floor, it consists of an entrance leading to a closed sleeping area with two single beds 80 x 190 cm; then to a recently renovated bathroom, equipped with a shower and separate WC.
The living area includes a lounge with a sofa bed that converts into a double bed and a wall-mounted television; a dining area for 6 guests at the table; as well as a modern and very well-equipped kitchen: microwave, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle, fondue and raclette machines, crepe maker, stone grill, etc.
In the master bedroom, you will find a 140 x 190 cm double bed as well as storage space. You can enjoy a balcony, a private ski locker located on the ground floor to store your skiing equipment and access to the Orres 1800 snow front and the ski slopes just a few meters away.
You will enjoy a moment of relaxation thanks to unlimited access to the wellness area of the Les Hauts de Préclaux residence: heated outdoor swimming pool, sauna cabins and fitness room (space open seasonally only, summer and winter).
For a hassle-free arrival, underground parking is also included with this accommodation!
