On the top floor (3rd) with elevator, of a residence of good standing secure, apartment of about 80 m2 with 2 bedrooms, 2 terraces and a parking space.
Entrance – Corridor distributing WC with wash basin – 1st bedroom South facing with 1 bed 140, cupboard / wardrobe, access to the terrace South – 2 South-facing room with 2 beds 90 pushed together (or 1 bed 180), wardrobe / closet, access to the South terrace – bathroom – separate Kitchen and equipped (fridge with freezer compartment, oven, 4 hobs., extractor, washing machine, microwave, Nespresso & Tassimo...) – Large living room-exposed North (TV, armchairs, 1 sofa bed in 140...), giving access to the North terrace and benefiting of a pleasant view with a brief overview on the basin of Arcachon.
