ARCACHON, NEAR THE CENTER (BD DE LA PLAGE) - 200 M FROM THE BEACH AND 500 M FROM THE SHOPS On the mezzanine (between the ground floor and the 1st floor: 5/7 steps) of a secure residence from the late 1970s, studio, accommodating 2 people, a little less than 20 m² with balcony facing south. Entrance to the kitchen (small refrigerator, 2 ceramic hobs, mini-oven, microwave) - Bathroom with WC and bidet - Very bright main room: 1 sofa bed 140, dining area, TV, cupboard / wardrobe ... Overlooking a south-facing balcony with furniture of approximately 4.20 m². Parking in the street (free). Apartment very well located, easy to maintain (parquet and tiling) and in a very good condition. No pets please. Departure cleaning (following a “normal” and regular maintenance of the accommodation during the stay) and “cancellation” insurance (with optional membership, see general conditions) included.
