Beautiful and spacious two-bedroom duplex located in a quiet cul-de-sac, on the second floor, without elevator. A comfortable apartment just a 15-minute walk from the city center...

The apartment is a duplex located on the 2nd and top floor of an old house. It is spacious for 4 people.
Composed on the level of an entrance, living room, open kitchen, a shower room, separate toilet and a large bedroom with double bed.
Upstairs, there's a lovely office and reading area, a large attic bedroom with twin beds, and a toilet with a washbasin. The apartment has been renovated and is well-equipped. The living room has air conditioning.
I provide bed linen and for your comfort the beds will be made upon arrival. Bathroom linens are also provided.
NB: Check-in is between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. by appointment year-round. Check-out is also by appointment. Self-check-in is not available.
You have access to the entire apartment.
