Charming studio on the ground floor, it includes:
- a sleeping area with a double bed;
- a functional shower room;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- and a lounge area with a convertible sofa.
You will particularly appreciate its atypical accommodation, renovated in 1974 (lime plaster - granite and terracotta tiles - large oak doors - stained glass windows) and its splendid view of the Rance River.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Television, Hairdryer, Filter coffee machine, Microwave, Fan, Iron, Refrigerator, Vacuum cleaner, etc.
Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
A large car park under the viaduct is free and accessible from the upper town (15 minutes on foot via rue du Petit Fort, or by car via the port).
The apartment is located 100 m from the marina and close to the restaurants located there (very varied).

- Basilica of Saint-Sauveur: 11 minutes away;
