Semi-detached house to the owner's second home, located in the town of Limeuil. It has a bright veranda serving as the main room, with a fitted kitchen, lounge area (no TV, with internet) and dining area. After three steps, you access two bedrooms: one with a 140 cm bed, the other with a 160 cm bed, a TV, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, WC. The second bathroom of the cottage has a walk-in shower. Separate WC. Upstairs, an attic bedroom with two 90 cm beds. Terrace in front of the cottage with garden furniture and barbecue. Parking space on the property. Baby equipment: travel cot available on request.
