A charming, soulfully renovated house, the Mas des deux Platanes, located in Langlade, is a carefully renovated family home. The Mas combines period charm with high-end comfort, in a simple and elegant decor.

The property's highlights: rare volumes:
• 3.50-meter ceiling height in all rooms
• Carefully preserved original parquet flooring and stone bars in the sleeping area
• Stone staircases, handcrafted wrought iron and solid wood banisters
• Large openings, light flooding in, and a smooth and natural flow of light

This house was designed as a generous, warm, and functional living space, capable of accommodating several people in a pristine setting where everyone can also enjoy their own privacy.

With its well-defined, spacious, and elegant interior spaces, the property allows you to enjoy every moment.

The farmhouse comprises, on the ground floor:

## Neighborhood
In the heart of the village, the Mas des Deux Platanes is very close to amenities within walking distance (tobacconist, bread store, greenway, and the starting point for hikes in the surrounding hills). Quality shops are 5 minutes from the Mas (Trident cheese shop, La Maison Folco butcher, Italian grocery store, organic food store). A pharmacy is at the bottom of the village, and supermarkets are less than 4 km away. La Vaunage, the designated place where the village is located, is the scene of many events in the summer (market, wine evening).

Several activities and places of interest are available in the surrounding area:
