The following equipment will be at your disposal: Wifi, Dishwasher, Heating, Microwave, Oven, Hot water, Iron, etc.
Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
One of the apartment's assets is its brightness. It is also highly appreciated for its location.
Located just a 3-minute walk from the metro (direct line to Châtelet in 15 min), it is perfectly placed to explore Paris while enjoying a peaceful environment.
Nestled in a very quiet interior courtyard, it offers a true haven of peace after a busy day.
In the immediate vicinity: supermarkets (Intermarché, Leclerc, Casino), grocery store just across the street, and a multitude of delicious restaurants (Japanese, Korean, Uighur, etc.). Also convenient if you come by car: access to the ring road is quick (but there is no parking on site).
The apartment is super functional, cool in the summer (perfect during a heatwave), and full of good vibes! A little original extra: in the toilets, you'll find a sn of flyers from my favorite plays - enough to inspire you for your cultural outings!
Villejuif is not a tourist destination in itself, but it is an ideal base for enjoying all that Paris has to offer.
