4-story residence located 2 min. walk from the shops and 1 min. walk from the slopes. Free outdoor parking near the residence. Access to this studio is only via the exterior path below the residence; entry is through the studio's French window. There is no ski locker; a cupboard is provided for this purpose in the studio.
Studio equipped for 2 people of approximately 18m², in good condition, facing south/west with terrace, on the garden level.
Kitchen area: 2 electric hotplates, refrigerator, microwave, small traditional oven, Nespresso coffee maker, electric coffee maker, raclette machine, toaster and kettle.
Living room: 1 sofa bed (140), television.
Sleeping area: 1 sofa bed (140).
Bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
NO ANIMALS ALLOWED.
The rental price includes end-of-stay cleaning EXCEPT THE KITCHEN. The accommodation must, however, be returned in a decent condition, with the dishwasher emptied, the trash taken out, and the bedding folded and put away.
