Residence with elevator (up to the 3rd floor) composed of 5 floors, in the resort center, 1 min. walk from the shops and the start of the slopes (return on skis). Ski lockers on the ground floor. Free outdoor parking 1 min from the residence.
Studio for 2 people of approximately 17 m², south/west facing with balcony on the 4th floor, slope and resort side; in good condition.
Kitchen area (in the entrance): 2 electric hotplates, refrigerator, microwave oven, ELSAY electric coffee maker, kettle.
Living room: 1 BZ sofa bed for 2 people (140), flat screen television.
Bathroom with shower and toilet included.
NO ANIMALS ALLOWED.
The rental price includes end-of-stay cleaning EXCEPT THE KITCHEN. However, the accommodation must be returned in a decent condition, with the dishwasher emptied, the trash taken out, and the bedding folded and put away.
