3-room apartment + mezzanine for 6 people of approximately 46 m² (including 6 m² less than 1.80 m), duplex, north-facing with balcony on the 3rd and 4th floors, valley and Mont Blanc side; in very good condition and comprising:

Entrance with kitchen: 4 ceramic hobs, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer, traditional oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Tassimo coffee maker, fondue set.
Living room: sofa, flat-screen TV, dining area. Balcony with view of the valley and Mont Blanc.
Bedroom 1 (narrow entrance - small window): 1 double bed.

NO ANIMALS ALLOWED.
The rental price includes end-of-stay cleaning EXCEPT THE KITCHEN. The accommodation must, however, be returned in a decent condition, with the dishwasher emptied, the trash taken out, and the bedding folded and put away.
