4-story residence located 3 minutes' walk from the shops and 1 minute's walk from the slopes, with ski lockers on the ground floor. Free outdoor parking is available near the residence.
2-room apartment equipped for 5 people of approximately 31 m², in very good condition, facing south/west with balcony, village and slopes side, on the floor entrance side and on the second floor balcony side.
Kitchen area: 3 ceramic hobs, small fridge, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine.
Living room: 1 pull-out bed (2X1 person), flat screen television.
Bedroom: bunk beds and 1 pull-out bed (sleeps 3 single beds).
Bathroom with shower and separate WC.
NO ANIMALS ALLOWED.
The rental price includes end-of-stay cleaning EXCEPT THE KITCHEN. However, the accommodation must be returned in a decent condition, with the dishwasher emptied, the trash taken out, and the bedding folded and put away.
