Nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac, this tastefully renovated 160 m² house offers a magnificent setting with its unobstructed view of the lake.
For the active, there's no shortage of nearby hiking trails. The garden, with its century-old cedars, also offers all sorts of activities: a large trampoline, a badminton and volleyball net, and gymnastic bars with floor mats. The owners provide you with a badge to access Bilieu Beach: you can walk directly down from the house along the greenway.
In case of bad weather, don't panic: the basement is converted into a gym and games room: table football, darts, pool table, pull-up bar, rowing machine. Something for the whole family to enjoy. The brand new Archaeological Museum of Lake Paladru, 5 minutes away, also welcomes children and adults for an immersion in the Neolithic and medieval history of the lake.

His friends Châtaigne, Noisette, and Pêche live in the garden: these tortoiseshell turtles only ask for a few lamb's lettuce and endive leaves per day (left for you to eat in the refrigerator).
