HOUSING
Renovated and fully equipped, this apartment welcomes you with a pretty living room, bathed in light thanks to its large bay windows, which is divided into several spaces:
- A living room with Smart TV and a sofa bed for two additional beds
- A dining area for 2
- An open and equipped kitchen (dishwasher included)
This room opens onto a terrace, also very sunny, equipped with garden furniture and offering you the famous sea view.
The living room opens onto a bedroom equipped with a double bed and a second direct access to the terrace.
A shower room and separate toilet complete the space.
IN THE SURROUNDING AREA
After picking up your car from your private space, you can:
- Join the southern beaches.
- Join the beaches of the Croisette.
- Go to Cannes train station and take the train to discover the French Riviera
- Join the famous Palais des Festivals.
- Climb up to Le Suquet, order a fillet of red mullet Beija Fior and stock up on postcards and little souvenirs.
- Explore the city center.

Concierge service available to you throughout your stay.
Departures are until 11 a.m. and arrivals from 4 p.m. (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, we will be happy to do so whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 7 p.m.
Late arrival until 10 p.m. on request and at an additional cost.
Beyond these times, arrivals are only via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must therefore be collected from this address for all key box arrivals.
