HOUSING
In terms of layout, you will find in the apartment:
- A decor carefully chosen by the owners for a “contemporary showroom” effect that will delight design lovers.
- A beautiful living room with sofa, flat screen TV and coffee table with the possibility of transforming it into a high table, giving access to the terrace.
- An American kitchen with everything you need, including a Nespresso coffee machine, as well as all household appliances, plus a kettle, a toaster, etc.
- A bedroom with a double bed.
- A shower room with toilet and sink, and of course a walk-in shower.
- A large closet in the hallway with plenty of storage space.
ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY
Access to the property from Cannes train station: 5 minutes by car, 7 minutes by bus and 12 minutes on foot.
30 minutes by car from Nice Côte d'Azur Airport.

After a few steps down your street, rue Pasteur, you can, in less than a few minutes, choose:
- Stroll along the Croisette between luxury boutiques, palaces and fine sandy beaches.

- Do your shopping on rue d'Antibes.
- Try your luck at the Casino du 3.14 or the Palace.
- Go relax on a deckchair on a private beach.
- Take the train to discover other gems of the region such as Antibes, Nice or Monaco.

Free parking on the street right next to the accommodation, with 3 car parks within a 5-minute walk, the closest being the Lamy car park.

Departures are until 11 a.m. and arrivals from 4 p.m. (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, we will be happy to do so whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 7 p.m.
Late arrival until 10 p.m. on request and at an additional cost.
Beyond these times, arrivals are only via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must therefore be collected from this address for all key box arrivals.
