This apartment, located 150 meters from the port of Mouré Rouge and the beaches, will welcome you for a stay just a few steps from the sea, which you can begin to appreciate from the large terrace on the top floor with its breathtaking view as far as the Lérins Islands.

ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY
Access to the property is a 15-minute bus ride from Cannes train station, an 8-minute drive, and a 30-minute drive from Nice Côte d'Azur Airport.
Do you have a small car? An underground garage is available in the residence. Please note: this is only accessible for small vehicles, such as city cars.

IN THE SURROUNDING AREA
After a few steps down your street, rue du Cros Vieil, you can, in less than four minutes, choose:
- Head to Mouré Rouge beach to dip your toes in the water or sit on a restaurant terrace.
- Enjoy the village atmosphere of Palm Beach and do all your practical shopping in our lovely shops (butcher, bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, post office, etc.)
- Stroll along the Croisette between fine sandy beaches and luxury boutiques.
And in less than ten minutes by car:
- Go to the legendary Palais des Festivals.
- Take the train to discover the other jewels of the region such as Antibes, Nice, Monaco.
- Do your shopping on rue d'Antibes.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Free parking is available on the street directly outside the building. There is a small, secure underground garage within the building.

Departures are until 11 a.m. and arrivals from 4 p.m. (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, we will be happy to do so whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 7 p.m.
Late arrival until 10 p.m. on request and at an additional cost.
Beyond these times, arrivals are only via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must therefore be collected from this address for all key box arrivals.
