HOUSING
The living room features a large 160x200 cm sofa bed, a television, and a dining area. It opens onto a spacious, fully equipped kitchen designed for comfortable everyday use.
The room gives access to a west-facing terrace, ideal for enjoying the late afternoon light.
On the sleeping side, the room has a queen size bed (160x200 cm), a wardrobe and a television.
A shower room completes the space, as well as a separate toilet.
The residence provides access to a swimming pool located in a neighboring building, approximately 50 meters away.

From Nice airport: approximately 30 minutes by car via the A8.
From Cannes train station: approximately 8 minutes by car or 25 minutes on foot.

- La Croisette: approximately a 15-minute walk. Direct access to the beaches, beach establishments, and the seafront promenade.

- Port Pierre Canto: approximately a 12-minute walk. Marina, restaurants, and starting point for water sports.
- Rue d'Antibes: approximately a 20-minute walk or 6-minute drive. Main shopping street in Cannes

Outside of these hours, arrivals are only possible via key box.
All key boxes are located on the front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys will therefore need to be collected at this address for all arrivals via key box.
