The apartment is composed as follows:
Entrance hallway leading to a bedroom, a bathroom with toilet, and a living room with a terrace. This outdoor space will allow you to enjoy your meals in a relaxing setting: water and greenery are there for this.
The bedroom has two twin beds and storage cupboards
The sofa in the living room can sleep 2 people.
The DOMINICA residence offers a beautiful view of a pretty wooded park, on Lake Salses.
A large parking lot is available to tenants, behind the residence; (Unnumbered spaces).
As part of your rental, you will have:
an aquatic area with 2 pools, a 25m swimming pool, a 15m pool where you can practice aquagym and aqua-biking during the summer season and finally a playground for the little ones.
The swimming pool is free for all our tenants upon presentation of a bracelet which we will give you upon your arrival.
