In the heart of the residential area of Port Camargue Marina, air-conditioned apartment for 2, 1 terrace, offers comfort and a splendid view of the boats and the garden of the residence! 150 m from the North Beach facing the Bay of Grande Motte, at the foot of the restaurants of the Quai d'honneur, 400 m from the shops and its local market in season. Grau du Roi town center 15 minutes walk.
Located on the ground floor, without elevator of a secure residence, it has 1 bed, to spend a beautiful vacation by the Mediterranean Sea. You can park for free in front of the residence during your stay and explore the area on foot. *Pets NOT ALLOWED* * Pre-registered deposit not debited 400 with registration fee 7.94 euros.*
Main room side:
The living room opens onto a terrace where you can share delicious meals with family and friends. Come and discover the local specialties: fish in all its forms, such as brandade, the famous monkfish bourride, bull gourd, and rouille graulène, a different kind of rouille sétoise. Take the time to discover the surrounding vineyards with vin des sables and the Pics St Loup.
Kitchen side: open to the living room, fully equipped (2 induction hobs, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle) with a table for 4 people which will allow you to welcome your meals and guests.
Sleeping side:
Bedroom: 130 cm bed, 65x65 square pillows, duvet. *sheets and towels will be brought to you upon reservation at 20 euros for 2 people.*
Shower room, large sink with drawer units. Toilet.

This apartment is located on the left bank of the Grau du Roi between:
the fishing port where you can discover local life, watch the trawlers return from fishing by the canal (swing bridge) in the middle of the afternoon and discover the fishing trades: repairing and drying nets, sorting fish, setting up sales stalls along Quai Colbert...
