- two bedrooms overlooking a very quiet cul-de-sac, one with a double bed, and one with a sofa bed, two travel cots for babies, as well as 2 single beds (very comfortable foam) can be used in the mezzanine, as extra beds
- a shower room,
- a fully equipped kitchen
- and a living room.
You will particularly appreciate its location and its tastefully decorated living room.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wi-Fi, television, washing machine, dryer, oven.
I would like to point out that this is a primary residence, so certain furniture is protected, etc., it is not a landlord who is doing...
The apartment is located near the “Guy Môquet” metro station.
A very lively neighborhood, you will find at the foot of the building all kinds of small varied shops, many of which are open until 10 p.m., even on Sundays, as well as Carrefour Market and Monoprix supermarkets.

The 18th arrondissement is located in the north of Paris and includes the neighborhoods of La Goutte d'Or and Montmartre. The latter is one of the highest hills in Paris, and the view from the top is worth the trip. The Sacré-Coeur church, a bastion of the Commune in the 19th century, Montmartre later became the neighborhood of many artists such as Picasso, Dali, Duchamp, Toulouse-Lautrec, and many others. The 18th arrondissement is therefore very contrasting, integrating ethnic pockets with a bourgeois sector or the opposite. The Boulevard de Clichy, near Place Pigalle, has many very pleasant cafes and bars, giving the neighborhood a certain dynamism and respectability.
