Magnificent 25 square meter apartment located in the 11th arrondissement of Paris.
Array: Accommodating up to 4 people, it is ideal for a couple.

Located on the 1st floor without elevator, the accommodation includes:
- a bedroom with a double bed;
- a shower room;
Please note that access to the living room from the bedroom must be via the shower room and vice versa.
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- and a living room with a convertible sofa to relax after a day of walking.
You will particularly appreciate its brightness and calm.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Fan, Nespresso coffee machine.
The apartment is well-appointed. It is located:
- opposite a laundromat;
- near the “Rue Saint-Maur” metro station;
- 50 m from a "Monoprix" supermarket (open until 11 p.m.) for your small daily purchases.
Places of interest near the accommodation:
- the Atelier des Lumières 5 minutes on foot;
- Bastille Market and Père Lachaise Cemetery 15 minutes away;

The 11th arrondissement of Paris stretches mainly from the Place de la Bastille to the Place de la Nation and Place de la République. Far from being uniform, it is nevertheless homogeneous in the idea that it is a lively district, full of bars and restaurants, where there is much to experience.
The Bastille district is particularly lively, overlooking numerous shopping districts, offices, colleges, hospitals as well as the Gare de Lyon, which draws a continuous flow of travelers to the center.
