Chalet rental Montchavin Les Coches (La Plagne).
Chalet located in Montchavin, in the "Le Replat" district. Superb individual chalet on a 1200m² plot equipped for 10 people with a surface area of approximately 140 m² with a terrace, balcony, and garden. Free parking in front of the chalet. The chalet is a 2-minute walk from the slopes (if there is sufficient snow) and a 10-12 minute walk from the village center.
Chalet spread over 3 levels and comprising:
Level 1:
*Entrance with closet; Ski room.
*A separate kitchen with: oven, large refrigerator with freezer, 4 ceramic hobs, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee maker, NESPRESSO coffee maker, raclette and fondue set.
Large living room:
*A dining area with a large table + balcony access.
*A lounge area with fireplace and access to the terrace and garden.
Level 1 1/2:
*A flat screen TV area
*Bedroom 1 with double bed (140)
* Shower room with WC included
*Mezzanine open to living room with 1 double bed (140) and 2 single beds (90)

The rental price includes end-of-stay cleaning EXCEPT THE KITCHEN. However, the accommodation must be returned in a decent condition, with the dishwasher emptied, the trash taken out, and the bedding folded and put away.
