This adorable 35m² 2-room apartment is ideally located in the heart of the Orres 1800 resort in the "Les Valérianes" building of the Hauts de Préclaux residence, at the foot of the slopes.
Completely renovated for winter 2023-2024 with a modern and warm decor and new high-end amenities, you will feel right at home. This accommodation has also been awarded the 3 Mélèzes label by the Les Orres Tourist Office.
It opens onto an entrance hall with storage, on the right the sleeping area with custom-made storage drawers and wardrobe, and on the left the bathroom and WC.
This hall then opens onto the large new kitchen, then the living room with television and electric fireplace to warm your fingers after skiing or read by the fire, the master bedroom with wardrobe and individual television, and finally, the balcony with garden furniture.
You will find many amenities to perfect your vacation, including a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, large refrigerator, built-in oven, raclette and fondue set, electric fireplace and television in the living room and bedroom.
In terms of sleeping arrangements, you will have a 90x190cm bunk bed in the sleeping area and a 140x190cm double bed in the bedroom. A sofa bed in the living room will complete the sleeping arrangements, accommodating up to 6 people.
You will find yourself just above the Place des Orres 1800 and therefore just a few steps from the shops, restaurants and various activities offered at the resort, but also at the foot of the slopes with "ski-in" access to the Prébois chairlift or the Préclaux magic carpets for the little ones.
You will also benefit from a private ski locker to store your equipment safely and access to the residence's heated outdoor swimming pool as well as the sauna cabins and fitness area (wellness area open seasonally only in summer and winter).
