From March 17, 2025, work beyond our control will be carried out at the Orres 1800 station and could cause disruption during the day.
The Agence des Orres offers you this beautiful 48 m² apartment located on the shopping square of Les Orres 1800, on the floor of its residence "Les Érines" in Hauts de Préclaux, with elevator; and which can comfortably accommodate 8 people.
It consists of an entrance hall with storage, a spacious living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, a sleeping area, a bathroom and a shower room, a separate toilet and a balcony overlooking the Serre-Ponçon valley.
The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals after your outdoor activities: Tassimo coffee pod machine, kettle, toaster, raclette and fondue machines, dishwasher, microwave, croque-monsieur and crepe maker, etc.
As for sleeping arrangements, you will find a bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm double bed with plenty of storage space, a bedroom with two 80 x 190 cm single beds which can be joined to form 160 x 190 cm if you wish and with a wardrobe, a sleeping area with two 80 x 190 cm single beds and a 140 x 190 cm convertible sofa in the living room.
You will be close to all the restaurants, supermarket, bakery, small shops and activities offered by the resort, and just a few meters from the snow front in winter and the departure points for hikes and mountain bike trails in summer.
Finally, you will benefit from a private ski locker and free access to the residence's magnificent heated outdoor swimming pool, the sauna and the fitness area (open during the winter and summer seasons).
