From this house ideally located between land and sea, set off to discover the charms of Erquy: its fine sandy beaches, its discreet coves, and its lively port.
This family home welcomes you with the following services:
On the ground floor:
- A large, welcoming living room, fitted out with a lounge area (sofas, TV) and a dining area that can accommodate up to 6 people;
- An open kitchen, fully equipped: sink, 4-burner gas hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, Nespresso Krups coffee machine, citrus press, toaster, kettle, as well as numerous accessories (cutting board, utensils, pans, saucepans, etc.);
