Located in the Pereire district, just 170 meters from the beach, this approximately 47 m² two-bedroom apartment is on the second floor of a well-maintained residence on the second line. Accessible by elevator, it features a full-length balcony offering unobstructed views of the greenery, as well as a private parking space. Comfortable and functional, it can accommodate up to 5 people for a stay just a stone's throw from the beach.
The entrance opens onto a fully equipped kitchen (3-burner induction hob, extractor hood, conventional oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, Nespresso machine, etc.), leading to a dining area with TV. A modern bathroom with shower, double sink, heated towel rail, WC and washing machine completes this beautiful ensemble.
Night side, two bedrooms: A 1st with double bed (140 cm), dressing room and direct access to the balcony. A 2nd with bunk beds for 3 people (including a fold-away bed that can be transformed into a desk), also with balcony access.
