ARCACHON, 230 M FROM THE BEACH AND 400 M FROM THE NOTRE-DAME BASILICA At the back of a beautiful traditional building, maisonette - 2 small bedrooms - of approximately 42 m² with terrace, which can accommodate 5 people. Living room (TV, 140 cm sofa bed) – Dining room / Equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer section, traditional oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, 2 vitro hobs, extractor) – 1st bedroom facing South (accessible from the terrace also): 2 bunk beds 90, washing machine – 2nd bedroom facing East: 1 bed 140 – Shower room with WC (accessible from the 2nd bedroom). Pretty terrace of around 18 m² with furniture and barbecue. Street parking (free). Very good geographical location: Monoprix at 260 m, municipal market at 600 m, beach at 230 m and SNCF station at 1 km! Well equipped rental (mobile air conditioner), easy to maintain and well laid out. Pets not allowed.
