On the ground floor, access to the living room with a lounge area (corner sofa, TV, Wi-Fi), a dining area for 4 people, and a fully equipped kitchen area. A bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a second bedroom with a 140 cm bed. A bathroom with a walk-in shower, a double sink and a toilet. Swimming pool shared with another gîte and the owners, measuring 10x4.2, 1.50m deep with chlorine, open from April to the end of October, secured by an alarm. A private terrace in front of the gîte with garden furniture, and 2 dining areas available in the garden with a fire pit shared by the 2 gîtes. Shared garden of approximately 7000m2 and pétanque court

Adjoining the owners' house and a second cottage (24G10703), it is part of an old farmhouse that has been completely and carefully renovated. Enjoy a vast garden of approximately 7000 m2 with a shared swimming pool, various dining and relaxation areas in the garden, and a pétanque court. This cottage is ideally located for exploring Bergerac, the Monbazillac wine route, the bastide towns of the Périgord Pourpre, or even gabarre trips on the Dordogne. Also enjoy the gourmet riches of the Périgord: farmers' markets, tastings at the winemakers of Monbazillac, traditional tables featuring foie gras, confits, walnuts, and truffles.
