Decent centrally located apartment with comfortable decor and furnishings, well maintained by the owners ... located in the “Grand Tichot B” building on the 4th floor , unbeatable location in the heart of Val Claret near to the commerce’s and not at all far to walk to access the main snowfront and lifts.
This one-bedroom dual aspect apartment of 42 m2, is ideal for up to 4 people. In the living room, its south facing balcony has great views of the Grande Motte massif and the Palet sector.
The open plan kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, classic oven, and Nespresso!! Do not hesitate to bring your capsules!
Living area with TV and WIFI has a trundle-style sofa bed for 1-2 people.
