Located on the ground floor, it includes:

- a mezzanine (attic 1.30 m at the highest) with a double bed 140 X 190 and a single bed 70 x 190;
- a functional bathroom with shower;
- a fitted and fully equipped kitchen;
- a living room with a 140 X 190 sofa bed for 2 people;
- a covered terrace with a table, 5 chairs, a shade sail and an adjustable privacy screen.
You will particularly appreciate its practicality and comfort.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Private parking, Tennis, Bicycle storage, Television, Iron, Hairdryer, Fan, Dishwasher, Electric barbecue, Induction hob, Extractor hood, Refrigerator, Microwave, Oven, Senseo coffee machine, etc. Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

Moliets is a French commune located in the Landes department, in Nouvelle Aquitaine. It is a typical village, festive and lively throughout the year which offers many different activities; between the sea and the forest, you can discover the Courant d'Huchet nature reserve nicknamed "the Landes Amazon" or enjoy its beach, an essential place for surfing, sunbathing and eating ice cream. The town is full of charm and offers many typical markets, set in the middle of its picturesque and traditional alleys.
