Nestled in the heart of the Emerald Coast, this rental enjoys a privileged location, just minutes from the pink sand beaches of Erquy, wild coves and the picturesque port bustling with scallop fishermen.
Perfectly situated between the sea, moors, and cliffs, this house is the ideal starting point for exploring the region's natural riches. Take the famous GR34 hiking trails, which run along the coast and offer spectacular views, particularly towards Cap Fréhel.
This family home welcomes you with the following services:
On the ground floor:
- A large, welcoming living room, furnished with a sofa, armchairs and a dining area that can accommodate up to 6 people;
- An open kitchen, fully equipped: sink, induction hob (4 burners), extractor fan, dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, Nespresso Krups coffee machine, citrus press, toaster, kettle, as well as numerous accessories (cutting board, utensils, pans, saucepans, etc.);
- A bedroom (PMR standard) equipped with a QueenSize bed (160x200 cm) and a private bathroom: walk-in shower, WC and double sink;
- A second bedroom, similar to the , with a QueenSize bed (160x200cm) and a private bathroom: walk-in shower with sink;
- A final bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm) and a private bathroom: walk-in shower with sink;
- Separate toilets with hand basin.
- A fully furnished terrace with a dining table for 6 people, electric barbecue, parasol and deckchairs;
