Come stay in this magnificent independent house, in the heart of the Lanruen estate, a 25-hectare private residence by the sea.
With a magnificent south-west facing terrace and no overlooked views, this property can accommodate up to 6 guests and is the perfect destination for family stays.
You will appreciate the calm and ideal location of this house, a few hundred meters from the beaches of Guen and Lanruen.
This house offers you:
On the ground floor:
- A large, bright living room with lounge and dining table for 6 people offering access to a magnificent terrace;
- A large library with sofa and armchairs;
- A fully equipped closed kitchen with: sink, 4-burner induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, electric mixer, electric whisk, kettle, toaster, citrus press and Nespresso coffee machine;
- A back kitchen with fridge-freezer, sink, washing machine and dryer;
