Magnificent 280 square meter house located in Montpellier.

The house is very comfortable and includes:
On the ground floor:
- The "Lac du Salagou" room: a large master suite with twin beds transformed into a double bed thanks to a single mattress topper, double dressing room and private bathroom with bathtub.
- The “Lac de Cécélès” room: a room with a single bed, with space to add a mattress or a baby bed (not provided).
- A bathroom and WC to be shared between the rooms "Salagou" and "Cécélès".
- A large, bright living room, ideal for relaxing.
- A spacious and friendly dining room.
- A fully equipped kitchen with a back kitchen area (washing machine and freezer).
- A separate toilet in the corridor.
Upstairs:
- The "L'Aigoual" room: equipped with a 2-seater sofa bed (140x200), a television, as well as numerous comics, books and games for young and old.
- The "L'Hortus" room: a double bed (160x200) with a small convertible sofa (90x200), with space to add additional beds if necessary.
- The “Le Pic Saint-Loup” room: a 2-seater sofa bed (140x200).
- A bathroom with WC and bathtub to be shared between the rooms.
Equipment at your disposal:
Television, washing machine, iron, fireplace, fan, hairdryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine, air conditioning upstairs for more comfort in summer, etc.
Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
Security and access:
Individual keys for each room (except for the “Lac de Cécélès” room which does not have one).
3 sets of exterior keys, including one with the remote control for the car gate.
Exterior:
You will particularly appreciate the calm of the house as well as its large outdoor terrace, perfect for moments of relaxation.
The neighborhood is located close to the city center. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to discover the must-see sites that make Montpellier famous:
- the Promenade du Peyrou 12 minutes by car.
- the Jardin des Plantes also 12 minutes away;
- the Fabre Museum 21 minutes away;
