Magnificent 92 square meter apartment located in the 19th arrondissement of Paris.
Array: Accommodating up to 6 people, it is ideal for a family with children.
Access is independent.
Very good stay :)
Located on the 13th floor with elevator, the accommodation includes:
- three bedrooms with a double bed, a bunk bed and a baby bed;
- two bathrooms;
- an open and fully equipped kitchen;
- a dining area;
- and a lounge area with a convertible sofa to relax after a day of walking.
You will particularly appreciate its balcony and its view of the Bassin de la Villette (the latter is located opposite the building).
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wi-Fi, washing machine, oven, barbecue, iron.
The apartment is located near the metro station "Laumière" (line 5).
You will find a "Franprix" supermarket a 5-minute walk away for your everyday shopping.
Places of interest near the accommodation (for a romantic walk):

- Parc de la Villette (11 minutes away);
