Located on the 5th floor with elevator, this bright studio includes:
- a sleeping area with a 120x200 sofa bed.
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a functional bathroom;
- a comfortable lounge to relax in after a day of walking;
- a coworking space available: A shared workspace is located on the ground floor of the building. It is accessible free of charge from Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. — Ideal for travelers working remotely.
You will particularly appreciate its practicality and brightness.
Everything you need for a great stay is at your disposal, including: Kettle, Wifi, Hairdryer, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Equipped kitchen, Elevator, Coffee machine, Refrigerator, Oven, Iron, Washing machine and dryer available in the building (7am–10pm, paid service: 3 euros for the washing machine and 2 euros for the dryer), etc.
Please note that sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
For your daily shopping, a "Carrefour City" supermarket is just a 4-minute walk away.

The accommodation is located in the heart of Clichy, just a 2-minute walk from the Town Hall and the "Mairie de Clichy" metro station (line 13).
There you will find many local shops, artisan bakeries, varied restaurants, nice cafes and supermarkets, all in a neighborhood in full revival, appreciated for its lively but peaceful atmosphere.
In 15 minutes by metro, you are at Saint-Lazare, or even at the Champs-Élysées and 30 minutes from Montmartre.
