This beautiful apartment on the 1st floor of the GREEN VILLAGE residence with air conditioning is ideal for spending holidays with friends or family.
It will allow you to relax while enjoying its beautiful swimming pool overlooking the Golf. Located 2 steps from the Golf and the pretty port of Ponant, this functional and well-equipped apartment ensures you have a stay just a few minutes from the beach and shops. With a surface area of 42m², it can easily accommodate up to 6 people in its bedrooms, one of which has 2 single beds and the other (on the mezzanine) has a double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and the toilet is separate.
The living room, equipped with a pull-out bed (sleeps 2), opens onto a beautiful terrace and has a television.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including an oven, coffee maker, refrigerator, and dishwasher. A washing machine is also available in the bathroom.
Please note that end-of-stay cleaning, household linen and bathroom linen are not included in the rental price.

The swimming pool overlooks the Grande Motte Golf Course (subject to health conditions allowing the pool to be opened.
