Holiday apartment for 4 people in La Grande Motte. Facing east, in a residence with an outdoor swimming pool, close to the golf course, this residence is ideal for spending holidays with friends or family.
This two-room apartment has modern comforts, including a dishwasher and a fitted kitchen as well as air conditioning.
With a surface area of 32 m², this apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It features a 140 cm bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room opening onto a beautiful terrace. There is also a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Friendly moments outdoors are guaranteed. In spring and summer, early evenings on the terrace allow you to enjoy the sight of flamingos flying over the residence.
Free outdoor parking is available in front of the residence. Smoking is permitted only outside.
Cleaning, sheets and towels are not included in the rental price but are available at an additional cost on site or by pre-order if required.
The swimming pool is located on the western side (subject to sanitary conditions allowing the opening of the swimming pool.
