Completely renovated in summer 2023 with comfort and modernity as priorities, this warm 27m² 2-room apartment has nothing to envy of a small chalet.
It is composed of a spacious living room with a large connected television and electric fireplace to warm the hearts after a day in the snow, a dining area with a modern and comfortable design, a fitted kitchen, a separate bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub, separate WC, as well as a sunny southwest-facing balcony.
Completely redesigned with compact solutions, the room now has its own sofa and television, creating a second living space and offering everyone their privacy.
The accommodation is also fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, raclette machine, television in each room, and above all, the essential Wi-Fi, so rare in the mountains, to ensure you have the perfect vacation. This accommodation has also been awarded the 2 Mélèzes label by the Les Orres Tourist Office.
Comfortable bedding has been installed with a 140cm double bed on the mezzanine in the bedroom as well as a large 160cm convertible sofa recently added to the living room. The 140cm convertible sofa in the bedroom area will complete the sleeping arrangements if needed.
You will be ideally located, less than 150 meters from shops, snack bars and restaurants, but also from the departures of the ski slopes, and in summer only a few hundred meters from the mountain bike trails and the hiking trails.
