Magnificent 50 square meter apartment located in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris.
ArrayCan accommodate up to 2 people, it is ideal for a couple.
Access is independent.

Located on the 2nd floor without elevator, the accommodation includes:
- a bedroom with a double bed,
- a shower room,
- a fully equipped kitchen
- and a living room.
You will particularly appreciate its small balcony and its location.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Microwave.
The apartment is located near the metro stations “Filles du Calvaire” and “Oberkampf”.
You will find a "Carrefour" supermarket a 1-minute walk away for your daily shopping.
Places of interest near the accommodation:
- Place de la Bastille (14 min walk);
-The Workshop of Lights (15 minutes);
-and the Père Lachaise cemetery, (20 minutes by metro).

Inseparable from the famous Marais district, which also extends over most of the 4th arrondissement and constitutes the quietest part, the 3rd arrondissement is one of the most pleasant places in Paris to live, as long as you like peace and quiet. A "sophisticated village," the 3rd arrondissement contains several open-air markets, a huge covered flower market, and numerous specialty food shops, particularly along Rue de Bretagne.
