Magnificent 70 square meter apartment located in the 17th arrondissement of Paris.
Array: Accommodating up to 4 people, it is ideal for a couple.

This cocoon is located in a former private mansion (there are 5 apartments in the building).
The high ceiling (3.70 m) and the herringbone parquet flooring add to its charm!
All comfort, it includes:
- a bedroom with a double bed;
- an adjoining shower room with sink;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a living room with a convertible sofa;
- and a terrace with pergola to enjoy the outdoors.
You will particularly appreciate its brightness and its calm facing the green promenade.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Bicycle, Wifi, Television, Washing machine, Iron, Hairdryer, Dishwasher, Oven, Electric coffee machine with programmable filter, a printer in the office space, DVD player, etc. Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The apartment is located close to public transport (bus).
You will find a "Franprix" supermarket a 5-minute walk away for your everyday shopping.
There are also many restaurants to suit all budgets and tastes on Place Pereire.

The 17th arrondissement is located in the northwest of Paris. Paradoxically, it's considered the most bourgeois district in Paris. It boasts an excellent quality of life, whether it's safety, proximity, cleanliness, or calm. It boasts excellent public transport links and is just minutes from all amenities.
The Wagram-Ternes district, however, is much more dynamic than the rest, being in fact an extension of the Champs-Élysées. On the northeast side is the Batignolles district, which is a mix of old-world French and bohemian atmosphere.
