This flat, located on the ground floor of the residence, comprises an entrance hall, a sleeping area with double bunk beds and a small window, a living room with a pull-out double sofa bed, a fully-equipped kitchen area, a bathroom with bath and a separate WC.
The residence is located halfway between the village of Praz-sur-Arly (approx. 300 metres on foot) and the ski slopes (approx. 600 metres away). The new summer swimming lake is just 450 metres from this holiday rental.
