Located on the 1st floor of the residence, this 29m² holiday rental in the mountains has an entrance hall with two single bunk beds, a living/dining room, a bedroom with a double bed for two people, a bathroom with bath and a separate toilet.
The residence is located halfway between Praz Sur Arly village (300m) and the ski slopes (about 600m away). The new summer swimming lake is just 450m from this holiday rental.
You have use of an allocated underground parking space and a private ski locker. The east-facing balcony offers a view of the surrounding mountains.
